Refund | Exchange Policy – Social Dice

At Social Dice, we strive to ensure your game night is nothing short of fun and hassle-free. However, in case of any concerns, here’s how our return and refund process works:

A. No Refunds Provided:

  1. We do not provide refunds on purchases under normal circumstances. Each order is packed with care using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

 B. Exchange Policy: 

We may offer an exchange in very specific cases, under the following conditions:
• The game box is severely damaged, and the damage is not a result of minor transit impact.

(Please note: Slight wear or corner creases due to shipping will not be eligible for exchange, as our packaging is designed to prevent significant damage.)

• The game components inside the box are affected in a way that prevents proper gameplay.

• You must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• All exchange decisions are made after careful review and mutual discussion with our internal team.

C. Deposit Option (Store Credit)

In special cases, if a direct exchange isn’t feasible, we may accept the item back and offer to:

• Hold the paid amount as a deposit (store credit).

• Allow you to use this deposit to purchase any other game from our website.
