- We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed for eligible products.
- Exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
- You must provide unboxing video/photo proof in case of damage or defect.

- Once approved, weβll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, weβll dispatch your replacement within 5β7 working days.
β Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
