At Social Dice, we strive to ensure your game night is nothing short of fun and hassle-free. However, in case of any concerns, here’s how our return and refund process works:

 

A. No Refunds Provided: 

  • We do not provide refunds on purchases under normal circumstances. Each order is packed with care using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

B. Exchange Policy: 

We do not provide exchanges under normal circumstances. However, an exchange may be approved only if:

  • The product is severely damaged upon delivery.
  • And the damage is such that the game cannot be opened, used, or played at all.
  • Minor dents, scratches, or packaging issues are not eligible for exchange.
  • All claims of severe damage must be supported with unboxing videos and clear photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products purchased under any promotional offer, including:
    -Buy One Get One (BOGO)
    -Buy X Get Y Free
    -Free game with order

are strictly not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

C. Deposit Option (Store Credit) 

In special cases, if a direct exchange isn’t feasible, we may accept the item back and offer to:

  • Hold the paid amount as a deposit (store credit).
  • Allow you to use this deposit to purchase any other game from our website.

D. Final Decision

Social Dice reserves the right to approve or decline an exchange request after verifying evidence of the damage.
